The client aimed to create an optimized landing page and funnel to attract high-quality leads without relying on paid advertising.

Since the client chose to rely solely on organic promotion rather than paid advertising, the funnel needed to be highly optimized to capture, engage, and convert leads efficiently.

Additionally, the client wanted a seamless, step-by-step experience that would:

  • Attract highly qualified doctors to join the Beta Program.
  • Make the application and scheduling process smooth and user-friendly.
  • Encourage commitment by providing a clear and compelling journey from interest to checkout.
  • Achieve the objective of filling all five doctor slots without paid traffic.

The client provided an email list, and we set up a three-email sequence to drive traffic to the landing page along with promotions on social media.

- Landing Page & Funnel Setup

Here’s how we set off the funnel of landing pages for Dr. G.

  • Users clicked “Apply Now” (later updated to “Join the Waitlist”).

The organic funnel strategy delivered impressive conversion rates, proving to be highly effective in driving engagement and conversions. 90% of applicants scheduled a meeting (9 out of 10), and 55% of total applicants completed the checkout process (5 out of 10).
